Over the Horizon (My Pacific Quest)
(6-part documentary series) (2018)
OVER THE HORIZON(6X60 Documentary) is the voyage of a lifetime! Kiwi adventurer Ellis Emmettembarks on an incredible journey across the waves of the Pacific Ocean in search of the some of the most remote places on Earth.
Shot in stunning 6K by Canadian award-winning Director of Photography Andre Dupuis, Ellis must harness the power of the wind to reach isolated islands and atolls only accessible by sailboat. Welcomed by the people who call these shores home, Ellis immerses himself in the fascinating, yet threatened cultures of Tonga, New Zealand, Fiji, Wallis & Futuna, the Marshall Islands, and Kiribati.
Even though they are mere dots on the map, Ellis discovers that these islands have very global stories to tell about climate change and rising sea levels, the ongoing effects of WWII and its nuclear aftermath, the loss of centuries-old traditions, human ingenuity, and of the near universal desire to know what’s just over the horizon.
OVER THE HORIZON was nominated for a 2019 Canadian Screen Award in the "Rob Stewart Award for Best Nature/Science Documentary Program or Series" category.

Tiny Talent Time (12 x 30' family variety series) (2014)
Tiny Talent Time is a modern take on a classic talent show for children. No competition. No judges. Just the pure joy and excitement of talented kids performing on stage! CHCH brought the beloved show back as part of its 60th Birthday celebrations in 2014. Hosted by Jason Agnew (Splatalot) and Jaclyn Colville (CHCH Morning Live First Edition), Tiny Talent Time showcased musicians, singers, dancers, variety acts, and everything in between. Through off-the-cuff ‘backstage’ interviews, as well as short documentaries, each episode gave audiences a glimpse into what it takes for each of these pint-sized performers to do what they do.
One of the longest running and most-loved family shows in Canadian history, Tiny Talent Time takes us back to a refreshing era of tap-dancing tots and mini-magicians sharing their talents just for the fun of it. The original series spanned 35 years from 1957 to 1992, and was one of CHCH’s most popular shows. The concept was designed as a younger version of CHCH founder Ken Soble’s Amateur Hour — which originated on local radio station CHML in 1931.
Tiny Talent Time was nominated for a 2016 Canadian Screen Award for "Best Non-Fiction Youth/Children Series".
